I’m creating a system to hold ourselves accountable, to get creating more in the real world, for the love of it (not for money or a client) and to stop the inevitable pit of despair when we get a screen-time notification much higher than we’d like.

The premise is simple, each month on the 5th there’s a new brief, it’s loose enough to suit any kind of creative outlet – if you want to make music, do crochet, restore furniture, draw, whatever and however you interpret the brief is valid. The only rule is, it’s due by the end of the month, because deadlines help us actually get stuff done. Then we can share what we’ve come up with, or not share it but just feel good that you made something.
